How to buy

ORDERING INFORMATION

 Orders may be placed by mail, e-mail or fax. Mail orders should be send to:

For prompt ordering please send the Purchase order number via e-mail info@femtosolutions.eu or fax +370 5 2723704.

For convenience you may order products directly from our representative in your country.

ONLINE SHOPPING

To purchase items online, simply follow the steps listed below:

1. Find an item by browsing in the product menu or by entering the product name in the “Search” window.
2. When you find the product you want to purchase, enter the quantity and  click button 
3. Click the "Continue shopping" if you want to buy more items and repeat first two steps.
4. When you are finished with your product selection, click “My Cart” icon at the top  menu of the webpage.
5. Once you cart is filled proceed to shipping estimate  and payment:

5.1. Enter your destination to get a shipping estimate.
5.2. Select shipping fee.


6. Choose a payment method – via Paypal or Checkout:

6.1. If you have Paypal account, select "Check out with Paypal" and you will redirected to your Paypal account.
6.2. By selecting Checkout follow next steps:



6.2.1. Fill in billing information.
If the billing data is the same as the shipping information – check the box ”Ship to this address”  and press “Continue”.
If the shipping information is different than billing data – select “New Address” in dropdown menu, fill in shipping data and press “Continue”.

6.2.2. Fill in shipping information.
If the shipping data is the same as the billing information – check the box ”Use billing  address”  and press “Continue”.
If the shipping information is different than billing data – select “New Address” in dropdown menu, fill in shipping data and press “Continue”.

6.2.3. Select shipping method.
If you choose “Delivery under your carrier account” - select the carrier and type your account number with carrier and press “Continue”.
If you select “Delivery organized by Altechna” you will be charged for the frieght costs. For next step press “Continue”.

6.2.4. Proceed payment to Paypal – press Continue and you will be directed to the Paypal website.

DELIVERY: SHIPPING/HANDLING

For special delivery and expedites, please call or Email us with your request and we will promptly contact you. FEMTOSOLUTIONS, inform customers when shipping is done. To track your order, check your account. Product shipping time varies from one day to 6 weeks, depending on our stock. After placed order, we will inform about shipping time personally.

All taxes, duties and custom fee are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

WARRANTY:

All products are guaranteed to bee free from defects. The claims are accepted for a period of 3 months after delivery. We do not assume liability from installation, labour or consequential damages.
